I would just like to share my happiness in choosing an AVIDA as our home. Avida Residences Santa Catalina is truly a great place.

My husband and I started looking for a house in 2005. We went to check several houses, townhouses, etc. Then a friend invited us over to Santa Catalina. At first we didn't want to consider it because we had an impression that Cavite is quite far from the metro. Yet when we got there, my husband fell in love with the place at once. Everything is nice, to think they were only developing Phase 1 at that time. It's perfect for a middle class family looking for a nice, cozy place to live in.

Now that we live here, there wasn't a day that we didn't feel happy about our choice. The village is nice, the neighbors are friendly, and the personnel at the clubhouse and the security force are really helpful and smart. It's truly wroth it.

Before, I thought this will be too small for us since I have two kids and my parents stay with us. And we really can't afford to extend. However, it seems like magic, we have one bedroom at the ground floor for my son and three bedrooms at the second floor, with another bathroom. There was space for all these. All my friends who saw our place found it really pretty. Who says only rich people can live in a very peaceful and satisfying house that's also very secure? This was made possible by Avida. We are always Sure and Secure!

My ideal home (before retirement) would have to be in a secure and socio-economically vibrant community. The main factors I consider when buying property would be location and value-for-money. After retirement I would prefer to live in a more relaxed, stress-free environment outside the city. This is precisely why I chose to purchase a unit in The Aston at Two Serendra, with its convenient location in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, and the developer's track record.

Since I travel overseas extensively, I need a place with close proximity to the airport for convenience every time I come home to the Philippines. Equally important is the closeness to the business district for my business activities. For these reasons the Aston is just at the perfect location and is also within my budget.

I plan to stay at my unit for a few years. But in the long run I consider my unit as an investment, so I'm also planning to rent it out via Ayala Land's leasing services.I have known Ayala Land as a client during my previous consulting project. Having studied Ayala Land's efficient business processes, organization, and systems, I have full confidence that my investment is in good hands.

I am definitely thinking of purchasing more properties in the future. And if I were to buy another property, it would be for a permanent landed property and my first choice would definitely be Ayala Land.

I am no real estate expert, especially not when it comes to Philippine Real Estate, but the prospect of putting our hard-earned dollars into this kind of investment was very exciting. I looked online, mostly to educate myself in the goings-on in our "motherland" because of all these talks about booming "high-rise" condos in Manila. Ayala Land first came to mind. From what I heard, Ayala Land is the most reputable by far compared to other real estate companies. I was very excited to speak with someone so I called the toll-free number and spoke with one property specialist, Mr. Ferdie Chua. By the sound of his voice, I knew I found one whom I could trust, who is knowledgeable and can answer all my queries and concerns.

At first, I was a bit nervous because I started the process online and by phone without any face to face meeting with Ferdie. After talking to Ferdie on numerous occasions however, he easily put me at ease. He assured me that all of Ayala Land projects are completed on time, if not sooner. He also assisted me in choosing which property would suit me best because I was leaning toward buying a condo within the Makati area. Thus, he sold us a unit at The Columns Legazpi Village. When my husband was first informed of my plans to buy, he was very doubtful of the legitimacy of dealing with anyone online. It took some sweet-talking on my part to convince him to let me do this so we may have something to look forward to each time we would vacation in the Philippines. When we went to the Philippines for a vacation in June 2007, we met Ferdie for the first time and he was easily able to put my husband at ease as well. We then finalized the paperwork. We went to visit the model units in Glorietta mall and were excited and relieved when we saw the unit.

My wife Anita and I bought a condo at Avida Towers San Lazaro in April 2007. Anita was on vacation in the Philippines when she bought the condo. When she came home to the US and mentioned she bought the condo, I was surprised at first and a little concerned since I'm not familiar with real estate in the Philippines and we had to complete the transaction within one month. At the end of April, representatives from Ayala Land International Sales, Inc. started a road show in the US and we met them in San Francisco, California. After viewing Ayala Land's presentation by Mr. Dave Rafael and meeting with Mr. Jinggoy Noble who explained what was involved, we felt very comfortable and confident with Ayala Land.

Our plan for the condo is for it to be a vacation and retirement home. Anita and I really like the location of Avida Towers San Lazaro since it's right in the heart of Manila. Also, since there is no escrow in the Philippines, you have to go with a reputable builder that will complete their projects, and Ayala Land always completes their projects on time.For the next month we worked by phone with Mr. Alexander Encarnacion in Manila who explained what documents we had to send and other items that were needed to complete the transaction. He answered all our questions and provided great service so we could complete the purchase transaction. Alex was very professional and helpful throughout the entire process. We completed the transaction by their deadline and were extremely satisfied.

We have recommended Ayala Land to our friends, telling them what a great real estate company it is and the great reputation they have. Anita and I look forward to moving into the condo when the Tower is completed in two years.
